Both slow the track down. "Slowed + Reverb" leans into heavier reverb; "Daycore" is a touch slower with a lighter, mellower reverb. Nightcore is the opposite — sped up and pitched up.
This version is a real-time listening effect, not an exporter — it reshapes what's playing rather than saving a new file. Exporting is a natural next feature.
